「Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Easy location and convenient. Quiet building. Can hear some traffic noise depending what side of the building you are on. It didn’t bother me but it might bother some. 」

「The check in was fast and friendly. They gave us water, which was very appreciated. There is a small area behind the counter that offers cold drinks and snacks for purchase, saving you a trip to the Circle K. The suite’s layout was great. We were able to have privacy while sharing the room and have our own bedtimes. 「Older hotel but was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The pullout sofa bed was not comfortable for my kiddo so definitely not stay for more than a day if planning to use. Staff was super friendly and accomadating. The pool and hot tub looked very nice but unable to use due to weather. 」

It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood and it’s location provided easy access to the metropolitan area as well as highways to other parts of Arizona. Eloy, the property owner was great to deal with and checked in multiple times to assure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would rent this house again for my next trip to Phoenix」

「We gathered in Phoenix for our parents’ celebration of life and this home served as a perfect base for our adult kids and us just to reminisce poolside, play a little golf, and relax. The home was well stocked and everything was very clear. We were long time ahwatukee residents and it was great to be “home”.」
