「The screen porch was so great. We were able to sit out there and watch a pretty big rain storm. The sunset was amazing and the cows in the field were cute to watch.」

「The post responded quickly with information as we had questions. Thank you.」

「Cabin was well stocked and comfortable. Very difficult to find,we had to call Aiden at Marina to help us. Lucky it was daytime. We couldn’t believe nobody was on the lake. We wanted to rent a kayak but I thought 40 each person was too steep. Also the restaurant was closed,so no 10% coupon use. Pretty view」

「We had a really nice visit.」

「The property is just right, not to big, not too small. A great quiet getaway for a couple or a small family. Would love to stay again! - clean- great hot tub」

「It was a quick overnight stay. It's a very nice, clean little place. Perfect for my quick stopover though if I had to stay longer it would work for that too. It looks very new. Will stay again」

「One bathroom looked like it had been skipped by the cleaning crew. There was used toilet paper on the toilet seat, hair, and crud. The sink and counter were dirty. The bathtub looked to have dried urine on the rim as well as quite a bit of hair and crud. Driveway was not well lit at all and hard to find. The bathroom fan light was not working properly. The main bedroom light flickered a lot…annoying. The dishes and cookware were mostly greasy and not cleaned well at all. There was no wash rags...

「Cabin was perfect great vacation overall. 」

「Awesome experience. The host was so nice and answered all of our questions. We had vehicle issues at the beginning of our stay and they were very understanding and friendly.」

「Very enjoyable stay did not see any bugs inside or out which is always a plus. Quite and peaceful, nice coffee bar communication was fine. No complaints. I would definitely recommend staying at this location again. BEAR HOLLOW RUN as we called the cabin.」

「Just absolutely amazing! Close to everything! Amazing house!」

「We had such a great time at this cabin. It was clean, cozy, and tucked away enough to feel peaceful while still being a quick drive to Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Check‑in was simple, and the host was responsive and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again — it made our trip to Sevierville even better.」

「Wonderful visit! Tammy was very responsive & a gracious host!」

「Property overall was great. The host was excellent」

「Everything was as described in the listing, and communication was excellent. We brought our boat, and I was a bit worried about the water level at the dock due to the drought conditions, but the depth was more than sufficient. I would comment that the shared trail down to the dock was slightly more challenging than I had envisioned, especially with a full-sized truck. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again!」
