My brother and I had an excellent time at this location! The room was clean, private, and had great views. The location is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this site. Our one night stay here was a highlight from our Alaska trip.

This is an amazing place to stay. The employees are so sweet and welcoming. It was absolutely beautiful with the river flowing next to the property. We could see Mt. McKinley from the backyard!!!

Must visit place. It’s a comfortable place to stay with a good view. The rooms are cozy and are well equipped with an oven, plastic bowls/spoons/aluminium foils. There is free coffee service available as well. If there is any change I would recommend to the place would be to clear up the common area in the front beside the river so we can enjoy the river and mountain view. Currently there are no seats with the direct view to the mountain

This property was very nice. The room was spacious and clean and had nice amenities in the room. There is no TV, but the shared space in the lobby was very well appointed. The lodge is right on the river and is a beautiful and serene setting.

Overjoyed by the cabin and location

We were happy with the cabin. Great size and layout. View was amazing to the river. Then steps to the river a view of Denali.

This is a very nice place to stay. I just wish we could have stayed more than one night. Everything was so clean and relaxing!! Staff was very nice and helpful!! I would stay there again if I every come back to Talkeetna.

This property is a gem. Right outside Talkeetna, private quiet and on the water. Beds were comfortable, rooms immaculate and with everything you need to enjoy the stay. Stayed in suite 2 - upper loft with two twin beds and queen bed in main area. Good for families or couple. Would rebook here if return.

Really nice lodge basically right on the river. Even though we were in the main lodge and one might expect some noise in a shared building, it was incredibly peaceful with the only sound being that of the river. We stayed in Suite 2 with a loft and it was very spacious for four people, with a great view of the river, private bathroom, and decent cookspace with dishes. While there is no TV in the room, the wifi worked for us to play streaming video, and there were plenty of board games in the main lobby to enjoy. Great place to stay if you are looking for a spot in Talkeetna!

We stayed one night in the main floor suite on our way to a place by Denali park. Very roomy and comfortable. Beautiful setting with the river just a hundred feet or so from the room. We wished we had spent all 4 of our nights here - the park is about 90 minutes away and an easy drive. Plenty to do around Talkeetna and though pretty rustic the area has plenty of dining options. Front desk closes at 5 so this is not a full service hotel but we thought it was great. Very well maintained. Limited groceries in the area - a small market with liquor, snacks and some groceries. So bring food if you expect to cook your meals.
