Welcome to The Kowaliga Lookout, your brand-new lakeside escape at beautiful Lake Martin! Nestled in the Village of Kowaliga Bay, this stunning home combines modern comfort with breathtaking views. With the neighborhood pool right next door and access to a fitness center, boat trailer storage, a community boat ramp, and docks, you’ll have everything you need for the perfect lake getaway.

Inside, the home sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms designed with relaxation in mind. The primary suite features a king bed and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a double vanity and large shower. Down the hall, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds share a full bathroom. Need extra space? The office doubles as a private room with a pull-out daybed that becomes a king and a door that latches for privacy. The kitchen comes equipped with brand-new appliances, and the wraparound porch offers multiple seating options to soak in sunsets and panoramic water views after a full day on the lake.

Whether you’re planning a summer getaway on the water or a fall weekend cheering on the Tigers (just 45 minutes to Auburn!), The Kowaliga Lookout is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories.

The house was amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with an amazing view. The host was very gracious and all amenities were available. With a lovely hand written welcome note. Felt like a family lake house and would fully recommend and will book agin in the future.
