We have travelled far and wide, but Villa Långers must have the friendliest and most helpful staff anywhere! A special shout out to Anneli in reception who went out of her way to look after us during our recent stay in Tällberg - thank you again :) Brett & Sussi Australia & Sweden

The hotel is located atop a hill above town; staff advised us not to drive down to the town, even though I have a disability walking; it proved to be a tough painful walk down to the village and back up. Upon check-in, the staff wouldn't help me up the stairs with my luggage (by contrast, the staff the next day at checkout was helpful) and didn't provide very useful advice about a local sight. The restaurant staff was terrible --- for more than fifteen minutes, didn't acknowledge my presence upon arriving for my reservation (even though I was standing mere fet away); acted somewhat rude in taking my dinner order; generally, 2 of the three were unfriendly and seemed as if they would prefer to be elsewhere. Railing on balcony was rotting and ought to be fixed.

Otroligt vackert läge men stället behöver omvårdnad. Slitet i rummet.
