Mukava hotelli Piritan alueella lähellä laululavaa
Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava, mutta palvelussa oli parantamisen varaa. Matkustimme laulujuhlille. Yritimme selvittää etukäteen sekä puhelimitse että sähköpostitse, kuinka hotellin parkkipaikalle pääsee autolla, mutta emme saaneet ohjeita. Kun tulimme autolla Tallinnaan, emme meinanneet päästä hotellille, koska katuja oli suljettu ja meiltä puuttui parkkilupa. Lopulta saimme sen soittamalla hotelliin uudestaan.

The room we were first assigned had not been cleaned yet. However, we were given another room right away. That room was great, staff excellent. Appreciate the eco friendly services. It was convenient for our ferry ride the next morning. Nice restaurant within 5-10 minutes walking near the water.

The ORU is very nice in appearance, its breakfasts are great. We arrived late, 10 pm, on the first night. The heat was on in the room. It was between 75 and 80 degrees F. I shut off the heat and tried to find a way to cool the room. My wife and I like to sleep around 68 degrees F as recommended by the National Sleep Institute. I went to the front desk and told the clerk the room was too warm and I could not find a way to cool it. He came to the room and the control panel was not active. A sign on the wall said they "turned off the air conditioning at the end of summer" This was October 7. The clerk said he would have them turn it on. It was never on during the next ten days. We could not sleep that first night because of the heat. The next day we brought in a fan. By leaving the window open continuously and running the fan we could get the temperature down. The street workers worked until midnight each night and with the window open it was noisy. While the rooms did not have AC, their restaurant did. The bathroom doorway had a square piece of wood across the opening at the floor. It did not taper to the floor. I stubbed my toe on it several times.

Uusi, siisti ja mukava hotelli laululavan vieressä. Ensi kerran kun tulen Tallinnaan konserttiin varaan huoneen tästä. Loistava aamupala, paljon tuoretta tarjolla normipeksujen ja munakokkelien lisäksi. Vuoteet olivat mahtavat. Harmitti nousta ylös. Erinomaisen ystävällinen henkilökunta.

New, clean and comfortable but no air conditioning
The hotel is very clean and new. Everything else in the room was perfect, but the air conditioning is only on during summer and the room became like a sauna when the sun was shining through the huge windows from early morning.

Ei toista kertaa enää.
Hotelli siisti, sängyt,peitot,tyynyt hyvässä kunnossa mutta huonot. Kahden hengen huoneessa oli valmiina vaan yhdelle ihmiselle tavarat. Jouduttiin pyytämään erikseen peittoa,tyyny,ja muita tarpeellisia asioita. Parisänky oli kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä yhteen laitettu,eli joka yö jouduttiin nousee ylös ja työntämään ne takaisin yhteen että ei uppos siihen koloon. Aamiainen oli sama joka päivä,ei haitta muuten, mutta valikoima oli myös tosi huono ja vähäinen. Sen lisäksi ruoka minkä kuuluisi olla lämmin ,oli kylmää/jäähtynyt buffassa. Naapuri huoneista kuulu kaikki äänet sekä vessassa käynti. Ei pystynyt ole rauhassa.

Beautiful room which was well laid out with a fantastic shower room. Loved the refillable water bottles and fridge drawer. Most comfortable bed. Great facilities and good breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. Staff were extremely nice even offering to pack up a breakfast for me to have at the airport for my early flight. My room was however very near the main road and at busy times could be quite noisy even with soundproofing. However really only noticed it on the 1st night as had migraine and sounds really affect it. Otherwise background noise.

Moderne og praktisk lite rom
Rommet var veldig lite, men utrolig praktisk. Fikk umiddelbart en følelse av at designeren hadde tenkt på alt. Dusj og toalett, var adskilt i hvert sitt "rom" bak en vegg, som gjorde det praktisk for 2 stykker, selv om det virket litt trangt. Designmessig veldig fint. Virket helt nytt, ingen slitasje.
