Mukava uuden vuoden lomanen
Synttäriyllätys (herkkulautanen onnittelutoivotusten kera) oli aivan loistava jatko vastaanoton onnittelujen lisäksi. Kylpyhuone kaipaa pintaremonttia (hometta joissakin saumakohdissa). Ylimääräinen vuode oli aikuisellekin riittävän iso ja hyvä nukkua. Lattiaa ei ole varmaankaan pitkään aikaan puhdistettua kostealla. Aamiainen oli hyvin monipuolinen ja toimiva ruuhkaiseenkin aikaan. Varmaan tulemme uudestaankin.

Selve hotellet hadde hatt godt av litt oppussing, vil si standarden var helt ok. Det som trakk opp var helt klart servicen! Absolutt alle ansatte både i resepsjonen, renholdere og i frokostsalen var enormt behjelpelige, hyggelige og smilende. Vi var ikke så fornøyd med det første rommet da det hadde to enkeltsenger istedenfor dobbeltseng som ønsket, samt litt rar lukt og et minikjøleskap som ikke fungerte, og da vi ga beskjed i resepsjonen var det ingen problem å få bytte rom! Vi fikk også lov til å utvide utsjekkingen med 1 time helt uten ekstra kostnader! Frokosten vil jeg si var terningkast 4. både kalde og varme retter, flere ulike tilbud på varm og kald drikke, og hyggelig personale som passet på at det var rent og ryddig til enhver tid! Beliggenheten var helt super dersom du ikke har noe imot å gå 10-15 minutter inn til sentrum/gamlebyen. Uber er også billig og enkelt i Tallinn!

The staff was friendly and I appreciated them upgrading my room per my benefit as a gold VIP access member, which allowed me access to utilize the spa amenities during open hours. The hotel was located closely to the bus stop. The one con was the room could have been better cleaned. However, overall it was a good stay.

Fint hotell med bra plassering. Rent og god service. God hotelfrokost, vi fikk rom i 21 etg og hadde fin utsikt over gamle byen. Testet ut bassenget og badstuen en kveld, det var helt greit. Ikke så stort, men det funket for oss.

Je me demande si je reviendrai
Pour mon quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, ai été un peu déçu. Accueil froid, impersonnel sans envie d’être à votre écoute. Chambre conforme à mon attente mais nuisance intermittente avec un bruit métallique venant de l’extérieur. Un technicien s’est déplacé mais sans effet. La qualité du restaurant Senso de l’hôtel est en baisse également. Bref, je me demande si je choisirai de nouveau cet hôtel pour mon prochain séjour.

Her bodd her mange ganger og trives på hotellet. Baren er ikke up to date. Rommene er greie men trenger en oppussing. Spesielt badet. Det er ikke hyggelig med forheng på dusjen som klistrer seg til kroppen og i tillegg går at det er vann over alt på badet når man har dusjet. Badekaret er minst 20 år gammelt og bør byttes ut. Beliggenhet og service er fin og kafeen i 1 etg har veldig gode bakerivarer.
