Very convenient, good value and clean hotel

I stayed here overnight and took a ferry to Helsinki early the next morning. The hotel is only c. 5 minutes from the terminal and ideally located. The room and hotel overall were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Modern functiinal hotel very near the port & not too far from the old town. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection to suut all tastes. There was even 3 x flavours of ice cream!

It was just what we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and everything worked. Good water pressure in the shower, old-town easily reached by foot (10mins). The spa was too expensive for us, but all in all it was exactly what we wanted in a hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Convenient to Port and Old Town (Fat Margaret's Gate). Good rating only because we couldn't figure out there were blinds that could be closed to keep out the sun and we didn't find any instructions.

Conveniently located, but needs cleaning

Self check-in and check-out ewre convenient. The bed was good, but the sofa in the room was very dirty. At the breakfast buffet the dishes were taken away from our table before we were finished eating.

Nice and comfortable hotel very close to the harbor. You can reach the centre of the old city by foot in 5 minutes. You can also enjoy the Spa of the twin hotel paying 10 euros. Recommended

We got waffles and ice cream for breakfast! Spa in the neighbour hotel. Located at the harbour. Walls are very thin, you can here more than you want to.

We got a room that was already in someones use. The cost of spa services should be better displayed on the ebookers website. The website states that there is access to the spa, but nothing of the extra cost. Breakfast was really good with lot of options. Location was also good for our stay.

Travel to Russia is currently difficult. As it is currently not possible to travel to Russia via Helsinki, we had to reschedule our trips, which we had booked well in advance. We have found a good and inexpensive place to stay for our purpose. We are grateful for this. The hotel is close to the harbor, which was the most important thing for us.

This hotel has excellent quality-price ratio. The hotel is clean, warm and cosy. They had left me a surprise in my room. It was my birthday and I found a fruit plate and a card in my room. I couldn’t believe it. Very kind of them.

Hotel was basic and clean enough, well located for the ferry port and a short walk into the old city. Rooms are a little tired and getting hot water in the shower involved a bit of luck but for the cost of the stay it was all reasonable enough. There isn't much in the local area for food other than a couple of restaurants associated to the hotel. Nearest supermarket is about 5-10 minutes walk away. Breakfast buffet was 17 euros but could be booked in advance for 14 euros, I didn't partake as the cost felt a bit high for what it was.

Easy to check in using the on line check in. The employees are polite and helpful. The only negatives are that while room itself was clean, the carpets are stained and it gives the impression that it’s dirty. The other issue is there’s no air conditioning and in summer… it’s very uncomfortable, even though you can open the windows. The location is perfectly situated to the old town as well as the ferry terminals. Good spot for budget travelers.
