Great hotel, fantastic staff.

Elegant hotel in a great location in the old town. Room not huge but large enough and very comfortable with every possible amenity. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff - very helpful and friendly. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay in every way

I can’t praise this hotel enough! It’s all in the details. Next level breakfast and the bakery brings a nice touch. Will only stay here from now on when in Tallinn, 10/10. The spa is very peaceful and great massages.

From the moment of arrival, it was clear that this hotel operates at the very highest standard. The service is truly exemplary. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Every interaction was handled with care, efficiency, and warmth, setting a level of service that many hotels could learn from. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and detail. Everything functions seamlessly, creating an environment where you can fully relax and feel well looked after. The experience was so positive that I have already booked my next stay in Tallinn with the Burman Hotel. That alone says enough. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellence in service, professionalism, and overall hospitality.

The hotel is outstanding, refine and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was over and above my expectations. The only thing they need to improve is in make is sustainable, there is many plastic waste when it come to shampoo and soap. Also my room didn’t have a full length mirror.
