"Great location right next to the tram stop, very convenient for getting around. The studio is spacious for two people and comes with excellent amenities. I did have some trouble contacting the hotel via Expedia, as the messaging function didn’t seem to work, but I was able to reach them on WhatsApp eventually. They were very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp."

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

"I loved staying here. When I first booked it I worried that it would not live up to the beautiful pictures. But it actually is even more beautiful in person! :) There is nice light, high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and all sorts of kitchen equipment that could be needed for a short stay. The building was extremely quiet and the area felt safe. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend to any solo travelers or couples."

"It was very clean however some things to fix: 1. bathroom has cabinet doors damaged from the shower. looks very bad. 2. shower drain needs to be cleared as the water accumulates very quickly- it's clogged. 3. cookware- missing a spatula for cooking, knives were not sharp and difficult to use. Not sure if toilet paper is part of the service but it was on the last roll and I purchased a 6 pack and left it."

"The hotel is at an excellent location. The art museum is directly opposite. All the main attractions are walkable, I stayed in the new wing. It was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only down side is that the room doors all slam shuts. So you hear a loud bang every time someone enter or leave their room."
