Talpe Natural Pool Hotels

"We were their only guest for a number of days during our stay, the staff were very attentive and catered to our every need. "

"Amazing staff, pool, and food"

"Great vacation spot close to the beach! Turtles often come right up in front of the property, and Talpe Natural Pool Beach is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect place for a family getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommended!"

"Peacefulness and being to eat at our villa rather than in a restaurant."

"It is a lovely property with lovely, helpful staff. The views of the ocean are breathtaking, and the excellent service made for a wonderful stay."

"Pas de wi-fi dans les bungalows du bas Direction de l’hôtel Non présente difficile quand on ne parle pas anglais"

"What a relaxing special place! Staff were wonderful - couldn’t do enough for you! The hotel was beautiful, the pool area and restaurants were special! Food was incredible. We Absolutly loved our week here. Thanks so much."

"Loved this hotel absolute gem of a boutique place to stay. Superb setting great staff wish i stayed longer."

"Thecroom and the resort is gorgeous but I think overpriced. I paid a lot of money for this resort and expected absolute excellence. The food was very hit and miss however the breakfast was good. First night I ordered barramundi with garlic mash potato, beans and pea ragou. I received fish and plain mash smothered in a thick mushroom sauce. I can’t eat mushrooms so they just scraped it off... We ordered a margarita pizza (tomato sauce, cheese and basil) and received a curried chicken, corn and...

"Needs to be much more customer and traveller oriented on your inside restaurant and Bar needs to be much more colourful and separate."

"Great spot with safe swimming beach access, need formal trained staff to lift the game and revenues!!! "

"We stayed for 2 nights, and we both thought that the food and the public areas were amazing. We also booked the yoga classes which were great. The bungalows are very cool, they are open, so you get a pretty unique experience. The beds are a bit on the hard side, this should be improved."

"This property was exactly what I needed. Clean, quiet, comfortable and private. The family are lovely and super friendly. The communication easy and the daily breakfast was a fabulous way to start the day. I couldn't recommend this property enough if you are looking for somewhere central and easy to base your stay in southern Sri Lanka this property is worth a look. "

"We chose this hotel over others because it seemed to be in a good location and advertised that it had an outdoor pool. However, on arrival we discovered that it doesn't have a pool - they just kept referring to a 'natural swimming area' i.e. the sea. It's also quite a run down and generally depressing place. We ended up cancelling 2 of our 3 nights and moving to another hotel first thing in the morning. I can't say much about the location as we didn't stay long enough to explore it."

"Ett hotell som kunde varit ett litet paradis lyvärr stämde iångt från vägar och byar men bilderna stämde inte alls överens med verkligenheten. Det är ett nedgånget och slitet hotell där rummet vi fick hade stått oanvänt i månader. Vi fick be dem komma och ta bort spindel och spindelnät från sängen och att städa hela badrummet. Utomhus ser det ut som hotellet inte varit omskött på flera år. Dock får man ge den lilla poolen ett plus i kanten."

"Arrived at sundown to find it had been double booked. According to his neighbours this is also not the first time this has happened. "
