「The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. 「Very good! But deposit refund needs to take many days.」

「Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.」

「Many facilities are damaged」

「Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!」

「Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine.」

「one of the lift is very very slow and breakdown on the second day. only left with one lift very in-convenient.」

「Good accommodation experience, nearby night market and supermarket. Transport is not well good, only 3 bus route pass thru, but no one can go to Larkin Sentral for long distance bus connection. That’s not good enough. Hotel and front desk service is satisfactory. Breakfast is delicious. Housekeeping service is efficient and fast to give help and delivery product to us. 」

「很早就被清洁工嘈醒問清洁狀况！」

「What you see on Hotels.com is what you get. 👍 Apartment is clean and well taken care of, ac is 👍 too. Amenities provided are of hotel quality and view is fantastic. Plus there are mahjong tables, 1 auto and the other is a normal table. There are 2 en-suite rooms, 1 common bathroom n a small toilet/shower in the utility area. Not forgetting the convenience 👍」

「Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.」
