"Great room and amenity spaces. Friendly staff at check In. Was told at night we should be able to do a late check out as our room type was not booked for the following night but to ask in the morning. Was denied late check out in the morning because they were booked the night before and I asked on my room was booked for that night and was told I it’s available still to book. Didn’t make sense to me and the women was a little condescending by reminding me when check out was We still hung out at the pool and amenity spaces for a few hours before our flight and had no issues with getting on the hotel shuttle (again afternoon staff was great!) will stay again. Beds are very comfy"
