「Coming from the USA, we had never seen a kangaroo outside of a zoo. This place was AMAZING!! It surpassed every expectation we had, the bed was comfortable, everyone was very nice, and watching the kangaroos in the evening and mornings is something we will never forget!!」

「My husband stayed at the sky cabin for 3 days over the Christmas break. We loved our stay!!. Nonie and John were very helpful, responsive and approachable. They are wonderful hosts!. . We loved the views the comfort of the lodge, the lovely decor with the rustic look, the out door shower and bath!! Loved it all.. thanks a lot, we will surely come back.」

「Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable for an overnight stay. Very clean and bed very comfortable. All amenities provided Bit of traffic noise but not enough to disturb us. All in all a good night’s stay」

「We loved the layout and beautiful touches, like sunset table, kitchen, hammock, books and comfortable bed. The shower was very cool and gave a nice view of the beautiful horses feeding on the lush grass next door. We had great fun cooking a delicious meal on the fire pit and being mesmerised by the stars. They provided the best coffee I have ever tasted!!! Communication was fantastic and Avon is a lovely human! Very impressed and will be returning soon for another stay. Thanks Avon for having us...

「Home away from home with all of the appliances and furnishings to make our stay very comfortable. The front door was a bit of a challenge, the vinyl flooring was was tacky and when I wore my white socks around the first night the bottoms were filthy.」

「We had an absolutely amazing relaxing weekend away for the family. De was the true definition of ‘Superhost’. A beautiful platter on arrival, a spotless cottage with everything we could have needed. We had a great time exploring the property and relaxing on the dam with the kayaks and paddle boards. We’ve done quite a few cottage getaways but this is our new favourite. We will be back!」

「From the letting process and arriving at the front door of the property, our experience was excellent. The letting photos do not do it justice. The home is superb and lends itself to a great weekend of entertainment for family and/or friends. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.
