「The hosts where brilliant, lovely and helpful. We where a bit further from the city than we had planned. But it was an experience we will never forget. 」

「Hotel is not ready for international guests. We booked for 4 nights, left after 1 night. Despite indicating we would pay at the hotel, our credit card was charged for the entire stay 6 days before check-in. • Food Desert: The remote location has limited transport and no external dining options. Dinner is only served from 7–9 PM. We waited 40 minutes for bland food; the accompanying sauces were either intensely salty or sickeningly sweet. • Safety & Navigation: Stray cats and unleashed dogs roam...

「Beautiful property, but the service needs significant improvement. We stayed for three nights in September. Kasbah D’If is stunning, peaceful and beautifully located away from the city. The pool and spa were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed my prenatal massage. The staff were generally friendly and, when managers became involved, extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the overall service and organisation did not feel five-star. We booked a cooking class a week in advance, but on arrival it seemed...

A bientôt !!」

「We enjoyed our stay at villa Kristy. The house and garden were great but the most important thing that we will remember from our stay is the hospitality from the owners. They really did their outmost to make our stay fantastic arranging food, drinks and excursions. Service level is excellent! Thanks to Kristy, Arthur and Aurélien for making our stay exceptional. The food prepared by Fadjellah (apologies if case of incorrect spelling) is amazing. We would certainly recommend the villa to...

「The hotel condition is immaculate. The smell is amazing and you can definitely feel it is a 5 star hotel. The food is great as an all inclusive with a lovely massive pool. Room was clean and big. Waterpark next door is also wonderful. The staff were all very good and helpful. They made the stay special. All the staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff and doorman」

「Good vibes」

「The PM is a very nice gentleman. He will ask you what you need every time he meets you. He helps me to call a taxi the next day morning. Thank you!」
