「This resort was so accommodating and beautiful. The only complaint I have is the a/c in room 1440 wasn’t great but the staff was so nice and upgraded us to a new room with a view of the gulf! 」

「We love this resort. The pool water was perfectly refreshing and cool and it is mid June when the pools have such warm water. The food and servers and restaurants were so good. Very generous portions and delicious. Love the location and how you can go in the beach so easily. Our room was gorgeous and what a comfortable bed!! The waterfront view was amazing!! I cannot think of one thing that I did not like. Will return as often as we can. 」

「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」
