“This was such a wonderful spot with a fantastic host!Alex's communication was on point from the very beginning... making everything from the check-in to our entire stay extremely easy. He also checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. But there really was no need... as the. property was well stocked with everything you would want for a comfortable stay. The updated unit was fantastic! And we loved the bathrooms and the showers!We also took advantage of the relaxing outdoor……

“We truly enjoyed our stay. the home was cute and comfortable. The best part for us was the convenience. Everything was with in a 5-10 minute drive. From Armature Works, Berns Steakhouse, Oxford Exchange and the Tampa Aquarium.”

“One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!”

They were fantastic and brought it for me the same day we checked in.”

“On the Expedia website, you will see views of the beach, a well-kept neighborhood, and a chic townhouse that supports a family going on vacation. In reality, there was no view to look at, the townhomes in the area were all run-down, including this one. The exterior of this home in particular had an unkempt lawn and gray splotches on the wall. This greatly disappointed me, as showing an unkept stay to my family, especially to my daughter, whom I dedicated this trip to, made it seem as though I……
