「If you like to fish bring your poles. We hooked up twice on two fish that easily were around 40". One off a whopper plopper and one off a lead head with a gulp swimming minnow while using the canoe they have there with life jackets. To launch the canoe you will need a few folks as it's steep. Especially pulling it back out. The property itself has tons of room. Located well as we stayed here after coming from Disney (80 minutes) to hit a Rays game at the trop (40 minutes). 「Let me start by saying we had a great trip! With a minor hiccup when we first arrived, Oscar handled the issues with top notch service . Super nice place and has everything we needed . We will definitely be planning more trips here again .」

「One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!」

「We truly enjoyed our stay. the home was cute and comfortable. The best part for us was the convenience. Everything was with in a 5-10 minute drive. From Armature Works, Berns Steakhouse, Oxford Exchange and the Tampa Aquarium.」

「House was exactly as expected. Enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable (almost as good as home!) location was good (walking distance from the stadium). There is some building close by but we didn’t hear it in the house (June 2026)」
