Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! This is a great house with plenty of room and a large backyard. The management company is stellar! They are in constant communication about your stay and are readily accessible for all of your needs. Top notch.

Fantastic family friendly

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Well appointed house ables to accommodate the extended family comfortably while attending a formal military function at the base. Management was fantastically communicative. The price point was much better than had we all gotten separated hotel rooms, and we had a much better time actually staying together.

Wonderful

The house is very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. The backyard is great if you are traveling with pets. The pool was very clean and easy to access. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond. We will definitely book again when we come to Tampa.

Great house for larger families

This is a great house for larger families - lots of beds. The extra touches (like Q-Tips in the bathroom) was a unique bonus. Pool was lovely - be careful of mosquitoes at night! We had 1 maintenance issue (no hot hot water in the main shower) that even though communication was fast and easy, never got resolved. The house is close to main highways to go north to the airport or west to the beaches and lots of food and shopping is nearby.

Absolutely great stay!!

The house was exactly as described and pictured. There was constant contact and feedback from Emperor Rental. An absolute wonderful stay and experience. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next trip to Tampa.

Very clean property, heated pool was a big plus for us during winter. Spacious for kids and beds very comfortable. Property management was great , very quick in responding. We asked for a portable fan and they provided it , Highly recommend this property.
