You have arrived at the Tampa Riverfront Villa!

THE HOUSE - As you drive up to this house you will be struck by it's magnitude. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has vaulted ceilings throughout the downstairs, and is tastefully decorated in a contemporary Florida theme.

POOL AREA - Vacation is all about relaxing, and it's easy to unwind out back in the private heated pool with attached hot tub jacuzzi!

KITCHEN - You'll feel at home cooking in the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We've stocked the kitchen with all standard cookware, knives, etc...

LIVING ROOM - Plenty of seating around a brilliant marble coffee table that looks more like a piece of art than a table! The living room comes equipped with a 65" smart TV and a cozy fireplace.

GAME ROOM - Relax and shoot some pool on the billiards table.

PING PONG TABLE - Enjoy playing some ping pong!

KAYAKS - We have 2 kayaks available to take out on the Hillsborough river

BBQ\GRILL - Enjoy grilling out on the pool deck

DINING ROOM - The dining room accommodates seating for up to 10.

BEDROOMS - Each bedroom is beautifully decorated in it's own unique, theme. We put high-quality mattresses in every bedroom. In addition, each bedroom features a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV for your enjoyment.

MASTER BEDROOM - The oversized master bedroom is equipped with a high-quality King mattress, as well as a large, flat screen, smart TV. In addition to that, the room also has a sitting area with some amazing views of the Hillsborough River. A great place for a cup of coffee in the morning!

MASTER BATHROOM - This spa inspired master bathroom boasts an oversized freestanding soaking tub, 3 high-end shower heads, his/her vanities, and a separate makeup vanity.

BEDROOM 2 - The upstairs bedroom junior suite has it's very own attached, private bathroom as well as a flat screen, smart TV.

BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom is located upstairs and also has an attached, bathroom as well as a flat screen, smart TV.

BEDROOM 4 - The fourth bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, and is also equipped with a flat screen, smart TV.

BEDROOM 5 - The fifth bedroom is located upstairs, and is also equipped with a flat screen, smart TV.

ATTACHED/6th BEDROOM - Attached to the master bedroom is an addition room that has 3 beds. It is equipped with a daybed/trundle combo that has 2 twin mattresses, and a pullout sleeper sofa that has another twin mattress.

NO EVENTS / PARTIES - The home and neighborhood is a family friendly environment we request that it not to be used for events or parties that could cause a disturbance. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm - 7am. Any violation of this could result in the loss of your damage deposit and/or removal from the property.
