Service not great. Felt minimized.

The place and view was great. The amenities were awesome, but the bed was hard. The people above me did not sleep all night and kept me awake all night!

This property was horrible. There were roaches, outlets did not work, dirty, should not be able to have guests. They downgraded our room w/o telling us, not enough voltage to even charge two phones. Manager never available!

Will not stay here again. Great location, restaurant/food & beach...but mold covered shower curtain, tub didn’t drain, bugs in room, floor filthy, hair entangled in blow dryer, & hairs in/on towels.

Little spot of paradise

Very nice place, clean and friendly. Can get busy during the day, nice quit place at night. Rooms were cleaned trust me i checked every spot

Dirty, Should’ve gone somewhere else!

The resort itself was decent. The room, I116 was not clean. We flew into to Tampa late and stayed there for two nights before we could get into our condo in Indian Shores. We went straight to bed the first night. When we got up we noticed the back of the door was dirty, the trim/baseboards were filthy, it was sticky in front of the refrigerator and our socks were black after walking on the ground. Had we not been leaving the next day we would’ve had them come deep clean but it would’ve taken them so long and we had a room full of personal belongings. Instead we went to the outlet malls that day and got up early the next day to head to our other location. I would not stay here again. During a pandemic I would expect extra attention to cleanliness and this had very little attention. Not impressed at all.

This property has a great location but everything about it needs a face lift. The room was spacious. The mattress comfort was below average.

Too many things to list. We won’t be going back and hope no one in our group gets sick from the lack of Covid precautions. Bar tender and servers not wearing masks. No social distancing as we had a group of 11 set next to us and while sitting at the bar had a gentleman set so close his legs touched mine. Room was less then desirable. Very outdated and several issues. When reported to “staff” was told they would look it. We checked out a day early. Ruined the spring break! On a positive note the gentleman PJ I believe was his name that runs the beach rentals is great. He was the bright side of the stay. Besides that I would recommend skipping this not so yacht club.

Loved the location. Our room was right on the inlet leading to a marina. We saw boats, pelicans and dolphins. Within walking distance to 3 restaurants, 2 pools and a hot tub. Cleanliness was a MAJOR disappointment although we have been going there for years. Floor in our room was filthy. When I mopped it the cloth turned black. Scum on the smaller pool. Check in was initially very confusing due to the fact that the check-in building where we have always checked in was locked with no notice posted on the door. A woman in the pool needed to direct us to the correct place. Check in was also a disappointment as our room was not ready when we arrived. To be fair we arrived before check in and were advised to return at 3. Room was still not ready when we returned. There was no remote for the tv. We called the front desk and were told they would "send someone over". No one came. The next morning we called again and someone came immediately. When I gave a review earlier to Expedia I received a message from the management of The Inn at Little Harbor would "address it". There was no addressing our concerns. Today when we checked out and addressed the filth of our room and the pool we were told that she would tell the management to "address" our concerns.
