「The staff was amazing. The room was nice but definitely bring your own pillows. Also you can hear everything that is going on outside . That was a little annoying and made it hard to sleep. We will come back because of the location and the very friendly staff. We just know to bring a white noise machine and pillows so we can sleep better 」

「Palihouse Hyde Park is an amazing place to stay!! The location is perfect next to plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance I’ve stayed at other Palihouses and this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and on top of everything you need. The rooms and space are nice, very clean and well-kept. The bar is great and has an awesome vibe for drinks and food. We will be back!! 」

「The hotel had a nice bar/restaurant downstairs. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms are updated and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But be aware, there's no self parking and parking is $50/night.」

「The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the convention center. It is very convenient.」

「I was reluctant to stay here because of some of the poor reviews, but we took a chance. This place is perfect - and the location - directly across the street from the Straz Center, couldn't be better. The restaurant is good and convenient, there's a little shop with snacks and microwave meals. Though the halls maybe were slightly dated, the room was modern and perfect. Don't let the poor reviews deter you. This place is a gem and we'll be staying here in the future. 」
