"Convenient location, just 3 mins walk to the shopping street with many restaurants options. The tatami room is very nice! Parking is not quite friendly as it doesn’t allow to drive out once we parked, so please take this into consideration when you book this. "

"Wonderful view of the castle straight from the window. Very convenient location for visiting castle and ginza, and plenty of place to eat close to hotel. Only negative is I cannot park our car in the hotels parking lot due to it being long, although it's a regular size car. Offsite parking was not convenient and its a hit and miss and very tight parking spots."

"Great location near tram which goes directly to Kumamoto station. Lots of nice amenities of your choice to pick up in the lobby before you go up the elevator. "
