“Room is clean, tidy, big and comfortable. Hot spring is really nice with excellent view at night. You can easily see many stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are incredible. Overall it's definitely worth to spend a night here. However, location is quite far away from the city, so you are better to buy all you need in the supermarket before check in. Also, one minor point is staff will knock the door when they serve every single dishes and collect the dishes. Therefore they come several times……

“We were warmly welcomed to Manseirou after 4 days of hiking the Kumano Kodō. The hotel was clean and peaceful and the onsen was perfect for soaking away the soreness from the hike. We had an excellent breakfast at the hotel and a nice view of the harbor.”

“The profile page says that this cottage has shower. But, actually not. They only have a public hot spring where you have to shower with others without any privacy. And the cottage don’t have bed. It’s Japanese traditional style of tatami ”
