“This place was advertised as luxurious and convenient and we were thoroughly disappointed. Starting with the logistics of getting a car parked on the very crowded streets and wheeling the luggage for 5 blocks to the place, the tediousness of getting to the centre and the difficulty of loading back luggage with no loading zone in front of the place. Directives as how to check-in were very clear and got a prompt reply from their customer service for some technical issue with the hairdryer that was immediately solved. Top value for money! “Manager of the apartments very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend……
