“We had a fantastic time here. Our host greeted us upon arrival and asked if we would like to participate in an authentic tea ceremony. We got dressed in provided outfits, and the kids loved making matcha tea with the host. We loved the two levels, the indoor and outdoor baths, and the washing machine (kids use up a lot of clothes). “I wanted a traditional Japanese experience for my birthday and this was all around fantastic! My only fault was arriving late in winter and it took awhile for the heating to warm up the place (I'm from a tropical climate so it's much colder here for me).”

“It is disappointing that the room was not cleaned up at all and everything was in a mess when we checked in at 5pm. We went to the place we checked in and complained. The manager did apologize sincerely and promise to clean up the room in 2 hours and refund partially to us. The room had been cleaned up when we came back at 10pm and it was actually quite cosy - bright and good air conditioning. It's a pity that it couldn't leave us a good first impression. Also. the room's insulation is poor……

“Property was clean and close to subway/train, many shopping options and places of interest such as Kyoto Tower and temples.”

“Property was excellent. Easy to trains and buses. Kitchenette was fully stocked. Had everything you need if you wanted to prepare your own food. Only problem is property is close to a busy street and tradfic noise during the dav is a problem. Other than that, highly recommend. ”

“一家人出去玩包棟真的很不錯！而且屋主也很幫忙！我們的行李太多，從接待處到住宿的地方又有一段距離，在入住那一天還有辦理check out那一天，都很幫忙的來幫我們載行李！唯一的兩個小缺點，一個是浴室獨立在戶外一間， 10月底去玩的時候蚊子有點多！另一個是雖然轉角有16號公車可以搭…但如果要去其他景點的公車都要步行至少7分鐘以上…在交通方面會稍微比較不便。除此之外，都非常完美”
