「Room is very beautiful and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Only 10 mins walk to congress park.」

「The hotel was lovely. The only issue was there was lots of dust and dirty spots on the hardwood portion of the floors. Mopping the floors at least when a new quest is arriving should be done. Late night pizza wasn’t good and cold. I was brought a small bucket of ice, but no tongs to pick it up or a glass to put the beverage into.」

「The entire staff really seemed to go out of their way to make my stay a pleasnt one, even offering to set me up with another room if the noise from the renovations was too much. Actually, the noise was not all that bad. One of the women at the front desk was absolutely great. I wont mention her name for privacy reasons, but if she reads this, she'll know who im talking about. The manager went above and beyond, making it a point to have several conversations. 「The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.」

「I stayed here for a few days with my partner while we visited the Casino which was a 4 min drive. Its a convenient location for food and the park. The hotel is very nice and quite. We had good customer service and the warm breakfast options was a welcoming perk. I was disappointed that we had to pay $10 per night for parking. 」
