“Our stay was absolutely fabulous! I've traveled to many different places and countries and by far this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! It was clean, check was easy, and the staff… especially Jaeden was amazing! I highly recommend staying here for vacation or a staycation. ”

“Dropped off our luggage at 10am knowing check-in wasn’t until 3 but we got in early and wanted to head to Universal. Staff looked after our luggage for the day, super kind. Returned that even to another very kind front desk person who got us checked in and discussed morning transportation options. Again, super kind! Checked out this morning with an equally kind front desk staff member. I was very impressed with all 3… good reception is hard to come by and these three guys were very pleasant and……
