「The hotel is well located and the staff is very courteous. Rooms were clean and I recommend having the sea view with balcony. Side note, I will advise against visiting Tangier in during peak season from mid July to end of August. Hard to enjoy your vacation when you are stuck in traffic for an hour to drive a couple of miles.」

「Établissement tout neuf construit avec goût et matériaux de luxe. Sur ce point rien à dire. En revanche ils ont besoin de se roder voire de s’améliorer . Check in très long et mal fait Une de nos chambres réservées pour 3 n’avait pas 3 couchages.. Il a fallu demander et attendre plus d’une heure pour qu’ils corrigent le tir. Piscine ultra chlorée Musique classique à fond à 6:40 du matin dans tout l’hôtel !! Une erreur de manipulation m’a dit l’accueil au Check out. PDJ bon mais pas de lait...

「L'hotel est bien situé, tres pratique pour reprendre le Ferry vers la France ; il est proche de la Medina et du port maritime, en front de mer. La chambre était propre et de bonne taille, par contre la salle de bain tres peu pratique : etroite avec un acces aux WC gêné par le lavabo (attention à vous si vous etes en surpoids !), on met de l'eau partout avec la douche . Grand hotel propre mais un peu impersonnel, l'accueil est poli. J'avais (apparemment mal) compris qu'un parking était disponible...

「Very nice stay in a great location.The attached restaurant was also very nice with very good prices and a digital menu in French and English. The air conditioning was top notch and when I closed the windows at night to go to bad it cooled the room to whatever temperature I wanted in minutes. My only negative was the fact that Moroccan drivers LOVE to honk and it is directly on a roundabout; so when the late night cabaret's close at 3am it can be very loud. I always carry ear plugs for travel so...

「Unfortunately, this hotel was nothing like what was advertised. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property, inside or outside. During our stay we experienced no Wi-Fi, bathroom doors that would not close, ripped sheets with cigarette burns, stained chairs, broken electrical sockets, a fridge that didn't work, rust throughout the hotel, poor cleanliness and a clear lack of maintenance.
