    Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
    Upon arrival to check in, the owner pretended he couldn't find my reservation. After half an hour of supposedly searching for it, I saw a cancellation email. When I asked how this could happen if my reservation had been lost, the manager/owner said he had canceled the booking because the amount was far too low and I couldn't get it for that price. I explained that I'd booked it in May, and if the owner didn't have his records in order, that wasn't my problem. The owner didn't want to hear about it, and if we still wanted the apartment, we'd have to pay more. I refused to do this because I already had a confirmed reservation. In short, there we were, six women on the street in a vacation destination. Never rent from this scammer!
