“This was an overall pretty good overnight stay for my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to the breakfast buffet to checkout. The breakfast and common areas were pretty clean and maintained decently. Our room was very spacious and I liked that the fridge was an actual mini fridge that could hold actual leftovers/food and not just beverages like other, higher priced places I’ve stayed. The beds were clean, well made, and very comfortable. My mother even slept on the……

“All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!”

“I checked in, went to the room and used the bathroom. The problem was the water was shut off to the hotel as they were working on the boiler. This would have been useful information for the receptionist to provide while I was checking in.”

“We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund”

“The hotel is good but a bit away from restaurants, etc. The WiFi could be better on mobile. The carpet could be more clean. There should be better maintenance.”

They had amenities we didn’t need that were a great feature…things like a gym, kitchens in the room, continental breakfast, and well located. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“It was awful. They gave us a room that was already occupied and then the front desk lady didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. We were told to wait and then everyone went through the line and she still didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I had to ask her if she was even going to help us. We literally walked into a room that they assigned to us and it was occupied then had to wait over 30 minutes to get help.”
