"房間很大，有客廳，而且非常乾淨！非常舒適，下次若來檳城還會選擇入住！"

"為了慶祝自己的生日而入住這間酒店。 房間寬敞、整潔和明亮。 房間可欣賞到 SPICE Arena、Setia SPICE Convention Centre及 Aquatic Centre 建築群，晚上燈光閃爍，盡享美景。 戶外泳池早上到日落也能盡享陽光。 健身室器械算是齊備，如果能增添多部拉背的器械就完美了。 無論是門僮、前台接待員、房間清潔員工、泳池員工、餐廳接待員等等都是非常有禮貌和笑容可掬的，值得讚揚。 酒店附近也有大型美食中心，而擁有Goggle 評分4分以上的餐廳食肆也不泛。 總之以上各點，本人希望能再有機會入住這間5星級酒店。"

"The room air condition was noisy which distracted my sleep. Also the steam room was not working."

"Poor services. Need to wait long for check-in. I asked for a few hangers and I didn't get them until I repeated the request for 3 times. One of the toilets was stucked so I asked the staff to fix it. One guy came and checked the problem in the morning and promised to fix it soon after we go out. When we came back at night, it was not fixed yet. I had to request again at the front desk. Finally a guy came and fixed it just in a few minutes. I requested to change the beddings for the kid on the third day's morning via putting the changing card on the bed. In the evening when we were back, we found that the beddings were still the same one as before, with the same dirt. "

"飯店能時時觀看訂房需求並且給予協助（因為我住宿當天凌晨才訂房）。房間打開兩個最大行李箱是沒問題的。房間燈光充足明亮、房間內很清潔、隔音好、行李員笑容可掬，飯店還備很多免費的飲料及小零食，讓我們有渡假的幸福感。離皇后購物廣場走路兩三分鐘可到，吃飯購物非常方便。唯一缺點是雙人床翻身會影響另一個人，淺眠的建議訂兩小床的。我們另一間兩小床的床單都有血跡，感覺不好。除兩項缺點外，其他都滿分！"

"房務人員Mr. MD Din服務態度真的很好，整理很乾淨對房客也很貼心。因為他的好服務，下次來檳島我還是會再次選擇AC hotel !!"
