酒店房间很大，床也很舒服，有停车场，房间还能看到漂亮的雪景。但隔音不太好，隔壁房间的孩子大哭大叫一整晚，如果能改善一下隔音问题会更好。

Their first floor is a pet only section. At first I kind of liked it but then afterwards, my dog kept barking a lot because of the dogs passing by. That was annoying. I don't know because its a pet room, the room is outdated. The tub needed drainage, and the toilet had stains. On expedia website the rooms seemed new, guess not for pet owners. The really good thing about this hotel, it is one minute away from the slopes.

Great location close to the mountain. Everything was smooth and enjoyable overall. The only downside is that the room felt a little outdated, but still comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel needs a complete remodel while the pool was warm and kids enjoyed swimming the dingy ness was a turn off … rooms were fine nothing special but clean and happy to have a balcony (the views where the best part).. front desk was extremely nice great service BUT the restaurant (night time) is what would make me never go back. The food was great but absolutely HORRIBLE service and extremely rude!! We ate there twice one for late lunch (service was ok) but night time we had a blond older women when I say one of the most nastiest women I’ve ever met… she was condescending, rude, and ignored us for majority of the time, tossed our food on the table and never got us drinks (had to go to bar and ask the other lady working at the time)., it got to the point I got up and left and my family packed there food and left shortly after. We attempted breakfast the next day( there was a new person working thankfully or we would have just left) and enjoyed it great selection.. also be mindful auto grad is added to every party no matter the size which we don’t mind at all but was not informed of.. Overall the rooms are clean The mountain view was great The restaurant food is good in itself But The hotel is worn down The food “service” is not great at all If you want just a quick stay to sleep not a bad deal but if your looking for amenities this is not the place

The best part about this place is the front desk worker was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The whole place is outdated and you can tell whoever owns it doesn't put any money into it. Elevator is broken. Rooms are musty (which if you stay a lot of places you kind of understand that's common.) but there is mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Old chipped toilets. Etc. carpet looks like the original carpet. Everything looks like it was original from the early 90s. Restaurant and bar service was super unwelcoming. Bar was very messy and the workers gave off the vibe that they just wanted you to leave... Definitely don't recommend. The only good thing is it's across the street from camelback. And I hope that amazing front desk lady leaves and finds a place where her awesome service fits the hotel.

We loved how close it was to the Snow tubing activity. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bar was excellent and the bartender Debra was very very great. Definitely recommend it and will stay there again

They charged me $150 just because i spilled dry baby food on their couch it could be just cleaned with vacuum cleaner in 2 minutes and they charded me $150 they're the worst hotel i have ever visited.

Honestly feel that the hotel has been allowed to fall apart, and provide minimal amenities or perks during the stay due to the location. People will stay just to be close to the slopes. It was dark when we got to the room but in the morning I was grossed out by the marks on the carpet, walls, chairs, lampshade, bathroom floor, etc., and to top it off the bathtub backed up. I’ll mark this one as a do not return.

The hotel is dated, but they have a great team working to compensate for the "dated" look of the hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the food was amazing. The restaurant staff also surprised us. The veggies were blanched, and the special steak garlic/rosemary butter was a nice touch. Service at the restaurant was like family. Location to Camelback? the best. You could walk, if needed, to the resort.

Both elevators were broken, the ac/heat was so noisy we had to turn it off or it would keep us up all night. The lock on the room door is broken, so it would not always work. Around 10am every morning there would be a super loud rumbling below our room. We were denied food in the restaurant before it officially closed.

It seemed to me that the receptionist did not really like visitors from other countries who speak English poorly, did not answer questions, instead of two nights she gave us a room for one night and said that she didn't see another booking, which makes her incompetent or intentio. I don't accept this attitude towards myself. We also asked for a room with a view of the mountains, which she simply paused and initially wanted to accommodate us on the second floor, although the reservation was 4, в итоге номер был с видом на лес и в нем пахло старостью
