Cozy Townhouse Near Hunter Mountain

Cozy two bedroom home located in a small townhouse community within walking distance to the quaint Village of Tannersville in the Catskill Mountains - Short walk to a playground and public lake. JUST 5 MINS AWAY FROM HUNTER MOUNTAIN - 2hrs from NYC!

~~The Space~~
This 2 bedroom home in Trailhead Village townhouse community comfortably accommodates 6-9 people. Bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom in the center hallway. First bedroom has a queen bed, ans second bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. On the first floor, there is an air mattress available for 2 extra people, which fits perfectly in the living room. Sofa comfortably sleeps an additional person. The kitchen comes well equipped for entertaining with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, and most importantly a dishwasher. Outside you can relax and enjoy firing up the gas grill on the deck. Full sized washer and dryer are located in the half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. There is wireless internet through out the home, DVD player, spare HDMI cable, and Roku TVs. Sorry, no cable - but there are plenty of books too!!

Summer Months: There is no A/C. General rule of thumb for keeping the home cool – Open windows at night, and keep all shut after 9am to trap in the cool air. There are fans available in every room as well.

Lockbox key access will be given after booking is confirmed. There is a large communal lawn, which you can access behind swing gate off the deck.

Conveniently located near the tri-state metropolitan area. Village of Tannersville is home to some of the best bars, restaurants & shops in the area. You can also enjoy going to the Orpheum Performing Arts Center, movie theater, massage therapy & yoga classes. All year round you are surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas! In the winter, you are a short distance away from world class skiing - Choose from Hunter, Windham and Belleayre ski slopes. In spring, summer and fall there is so much to do - fishing, biking, hiking, golfing & much more. Also, make sure to come check out the various festivals in the Catskill Mountains!

Please note that the community does not have a dumpster. Guests are responsible for disposing of their garbage and recycling at the county transfer station nearby, or take home.

Perfect fit for a ski weekend

Myself and two friends stayed here for a last minute ski trip to Hunter Mountain this past weekend and this place was lovely! Beds were all comfortable, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped (no electric drip coffee maker but a french press and a manual one so it wasn't an issue!). The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Would absolutely book again next time we are in the area.

Perfect Getaway

Property was very clean, owner is quick to respond and provide all details regarding staying at the property. Location is a perfect central location, beds were comfortable, and the property was pleasantly quiet. We will be back!

Cute cozy house, quiet neighborhood

We spend a relaxed weekend at the house. It was clean, the heating was good, the kitchen was fully equipped. There were nice towels, the kids took a bath, regulating the water temperature worked well, too. We walked to the village center for lunch. We enjoyed our stay and would come back any time!

Perfect ski getaway!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. The pictures of the kitchen do not give this place enough justice. There were a total of 7 adults staying for the weekend. I was a little scared that we would be tight for space but we were all easily able to sit in the kitchen to eat together and to hang out in the living room. The house was very clean and the kitchen contained everything we needed to cook. It was also wonderful being so close to Hunter Mountain. I would def recommend staying here.

Gorgeous House with great amenities

I had the pleasure of staying in this home a few months ago and had a great time. The layout was perfect for me and my friends. Located in a quaint town with cute shops and restaurants, we had plenty to do. I would absolutely stay here again next year.

Perfect mountain getaway!

This was a perfect home for spending a long weekend near Hunter Mountain. It was freshly cleaned, well maintained, and less than 5 minutes from Main Street Tannersville. (By the way, if you haven't been to Tannersville, you NEED to try the made-to-order donuts at Twin Peaks!) There were plenty of beds and living space for me and my friends, and one night we even made use of the kitchen and new BBQ. Michelle was a very responsive renter and made sure that we had everything we needed. I'd recommend her house to anyone!
