“Excellent place, we loved the house and it had everything we needed to avoid getting out of the house since we had to go after a snowstorm. A very homey house and the hosts were very attentive and responded very quickly to our inquiries.”

Notes: location is fabulous / owners respond quickly / house needs a good cleaning / plates, cups, pots in the cabinets needed cleaning before use (some really need to be disposed of) / coffee machine worked bring your own filters / bathroom was very dimly lit and the sink drained water extremely slow which needs to addressed / pool table old & could not be leveled we tried / no instructions on how to get the TVs to work / multiple garbage bags from other renters……

“This was the most stunning relaxing weekend me and my family had for years. clean and beautiful cozy house beautiful neighbourhood and some nice attractions in the area and most of all the best host you can ever hope for, from making sure everything is alright being responsive right away and what not he had no problem with anything we asked for. It’s a well maintained house and a brand new fridge freezer grill dishwasher dishes everything just perfect so if you are looking for a wonderful time……

“Communication was very good. For the most part, we had an enjoyable stay. There were a couple of deficiencies during our five nights. We were unable to regulate the temperature in the kitchen/living room area, even though we set the thermostat to 80. The temperature never warmed up and it felt quite chilly but we managed. On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the smoke detector in the second bedroom where I was sleeping sounded at 5:50 AM. I contacted the property manager, who got back to me a little……

“If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe……
