The location and view are really the only positives we can give this hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were consistently unhelpful and no one seemed particularly interested in creating a welcoming environment for guests. The pool “bar” was especially disappointing. Half of the items we tried to order from the menu were unavailable, and despite advertising a happy hour at the pool, the bar would close in the early evening. The rooms were also disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and we couldn’t even enjoy having our windows open because guests on both sides of our room were continuously smoking. This hotel has a great location and beautiful views, but hospitality and comfort matter just as much. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

Zimmer waren Sauber und auch in Ordnung man könnte aber paar Sachen auf den neuesten Stand bringen. Klar ist das Hotel Rustikal eingerichtet aber man könnte es auch schöner einrichten. Gerade bei einem schönen hotel was ist mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Personal war top und immer hilfsbereit sehr angenehm und immer für einen da. Pool war auch sehr schön mit schönen blick auf das Merr. Das Personal vor Ort am Pool war sehr gut 👍 und immer für jeden Wunsch offen. WLAN war sehr gut 👍 Das einzige ist halt das Problem mit dem Rausfahren vom Parkplatz rückwärts auf die Hauptstraße vom Hotel, da man wenig Sicht hat ob Autos oder Busse und Motorräder kommen, klar ist das ein Problem aber man kann wenig machen da es nur diese Parkplätze gibt. Ich kann das Hotel aufjedenfall empfehlen um paar Tage am Strand oder auch Taormina Urlaub zu machen.

A great hotel for an affordable price, perfect for anyone wanting to go to the beach with easy access. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Whilst the hotel is slightly dated it’s very clean and comfortable.

We had a great four day stay, the rooms are very spacious and we had a huge balcony with an amazing view. The staff were absolutely perfect - really nice, polite and helpful. The view from the breakfast buffet is worth it and you can get nice drinks and some food at the pool. Access to the nearby beach club was also good, but it is an extra cost. In all we loved our stay.

The property is dated, however location, cleanliness & service was very good. I was in the deluxe room ocean view, worth the extra view was amazing. Front desk reception Laura & others were very helpful, breakfast was very good & service as well ,Cleopatra & others were always very attentive.

Great service from the front desk. Close to the beaches and also the gondola nearby to get to Taormina. For beaches you can walk down to a free section called 'Grotta di Spisone', pass through the Spisona beach to get there.

Family room has the best balcony and views. Parking is very limited (5 spaces 25euros per day) so we ended up parking down the road at a private car park, free road parking is very competitive. Pool and bar is fabulous. Restaurant only serves breakfast so you have to walk down the road into Mazzarò. Good selection of places to eat.

Fint hotel men smuk udsigt, men ellers er der intet 4 stjernet over dette hotel. Værelserne virker lidt skrallede, dårlig morgenmad. Selv om udvalget næsten er ikke eksisterende af mad ved poolen, vil hotellets personale ikke have man tager egen mad og drikke med op på værelset.

It was so bad we had to check out after one night. No private beach as stated, the room smelled of sewer, the bad was hard as a rock.

Schöner Ausblick auf die Küste, schöner Speisesaal. Personal mit einer Ausnahme im Restaurant sehr bemüht und freundlich. Hotel insgesamt aus den 70er Jahren mit Bedarf an Renovierung. Ausgang direkt an der Straße ohne Gehsteig. Menüauswahl im Restaurant unzureichend. Parkplatz chaotisch und teuer, besser am zentralen Platz parken und 5 Minuten Fußweg. Frühstück im Hotel buchen, 10€ statt 25 über Expedia

The location is so inconvenient there is nothing around if you need to walk somewhere it is so unsafe you’re so close to the cars on a main road. The hotel was not worth the price. I would suggest staying closer to the cable car if you want to see Taormina any transportation will cost you 30 to 50 euro.

Das Hotel ist leide ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend modernisiert werde! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörich und Steckdosen sehr sperrlich zu finden. Die Poolbar hatte geschlossen und der alte Boden im ganzen Hotel ist nicht sehr einladen. Sehr freundlich waren dagegen die Damen an der Rezeption!
