"The lady in the front desk Sarana , cancelled my hotel reservation and pretend I did not have a reservation and made me book all again for the arrival night for a higher price. I did it because It was late in the night. When I spoke to Sandra an excellent front desk staff in the morning shift, she figured out that she found my reservation and the night shift lady did a mistake. The supervisor Sebastian argues and would NOT process my reservation as-is instead want to keep the higher price. This place is a night mare, and people were smoking and yelling in the nights. "

"My family and I have come and stayed at this condo several times. We thoroughly enjoy the views and location. One suggestion we thought would help is to have more towels, especially beach towels. Prior years there have been more towels and blankets but I'm not sure why there has been a change. We will come back in the future!"

"I loved the hotel the patio are nice. I had my own patio. Beautiful scenery. Restaurant was nice view, with its own patio small portions for the price. Staff was wonderful. Clean rooms bathroom has no vent . I will stay there again close to everything. Location close to fwy and beach.❤️"

"Though the beds were made, there was what looked like dog hair all over one of them and a bit on the other and a cigarette burn and stain. They either didn’t change the sheets or had their dog jumping on the bed. She I called the front desk she asked me for proof so I brought photos and she changed our room which was a little better. A little run down and dirty surfaces but at lest the bed sheets appeared clean. I cleaned up surfaces myself but none of us slept great as we were grossed output tired. Took off as quick as we could the next morning and waited to shower until we reached the next much better, cleaner hotel. All I really can say is yuck. Do better. "
