Under construction.. our room was new and nice but there was a step ladder in the shower when we arrived. Not super friendly at check in. Housekeeping missed replacing toilet paper , leaving any Kleenex, replacing dirty glasses, no wash clothes, had to ask for spare toilet paper as they were very small rolls.the shower was great but took at least 5 minutes to get warm water. the restaurant was again under construction which was fine great ocean view, very slow service for food and drinks. Very noisy location, can walk to things. Looks like it will be very nice once finished next year, need to work on staffing to meet the demand of the hotel. 3/5 stars

Nell'ambito di un soggiorno eccellente (aggiungo anche la disponibilità di biciclette in noleggio gratuito entro le 4 ore), rilevo piccoli dettagli meno positivi: la presenza di un solo ascensore (l'altro essendo guasto) che costringe a lunghi tempi d'attesa. Oltre tutto, l'ascensore dà informazioni solo in inglese, e con una pronuncia discutibile. In camera, il frigorifero ha una capienza minima (se ho voluto inserire bottiglie mie, ho dovuto toglierne di quelle in dotazione). Molto difficoltosa la sintonizzazione del televisore, che alla fine non mi è riuscita del tutto malgrado le istruzioni ricevute.

La stanza doppia STANDARD assegnatami purtroppo NON era adeguata per due persone e comunque NON degna di un 4 stelle prestigioso in quanto molto piccola, angusta e con comfort scadente. La reception NON ha tenuto conto del fatto che ero in comitiva con un gruppo di alto livello e che, anche se avevo prenotato con HOTELS.com, avrei potuto tranquillamente onorare un upgrading. A HOTELS.com devo segnalare che sono un cliente GOLD ma che un cambio di account con altra indirizzo mail mi ha fatto perdere il livello GOLD e non solo, ma anche una notte bonus che avevo guadagnato in precedenza e che è scomparsa e che l'assistente virtuale interpellato NON ha più riconosciuto (pratica n. 7138255) GM FASCIA;

Le grand point faible de ce lieu et qui n'est pas mentionné sur le site lors de la réservation c'est la baignade qui est inerdite dans la mer à cote de l'hôtel car présence de la marine à quelques mètres. Il fallait être très vigilants en traversant principalement dans le quartier près de l'hôtel, la 1er plage est 25 min en voiture et 1h en transport donc c'était pas pratique

Boa escolha em Taranto.

Bom hotel, ganhamos um quarto com vista mar. As instalações e moveis do quarto são um pouco antigas mas tudo funcionou bem. O hotel tem vagas proprias gratuitas para estacionar, porém depende de disponibilidade. Não é garantida. Fomos à pé até o centro histórico, caminhada de 30 minutos. Café da manhã bom. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel, comida boa, nada de mais, Mas porções pequenas. De modo geral, foi uma boa estadia.

Ho visto le recensioni di quest hotel e devo dire che è vero che le camere necessitano di una ristrutturazione sopratutto per la parte del bagno ma comunque sono pulitissime e confortevoli.Poi aprire la finestra e sentire il suono del mare sinceramente non ha prezzo.Una vista dalla stanza del golfo di Tranato bellissima con a corredo uno splendido tramonto.Ci riteniamo soddisfatti del soggiorno e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.Staf dalla reception alla sala colazione gentilissimo

Back to the 80s

The hotel is like a trip back to the 80s. All the deco is from that decade, but the rooms are clean and cozy. Since there wasn’t high speed internet on the 80s, the same logic applies to the hotel. The internet is worse than the old 80s dial-up.
