「No hot water in bathroom - Could not take a comfortable shower. Icy cold water made brushing one's teeth and washing up uncomfortable. We only stayed one night so we put up with it. Did report this during checkout, and the person at the desk apologized. We will consider other hotels when I return to Saratoga」

「We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.」

「Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

「The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.」
