My wallet and passport were also in the bag. When I came back to the reception 2 hours later, thanks god that the hotel host help me to keep it and gave it back to me. “Wonderful experience at Tranquilles. Friendly service from Bev from the moment I checked in and during my 2-day stay there. Comfortable bedding and clean room and facilities. Bev is an amazing hostess - she catered for the birthday function I attended at Tranquilles, serving delicious Thai food as well as the amazing birthday cake. There were great choices for breakfast and the jams/marmalade served were also home-made. Definitely recommend and would stay at Tranquilles on my next trip to Port……

“感謝職員為我們升級了海景客房，這客房景觀非常靚，是全面望海，晚上能看見月亮由海平面升上天空，這是一個好好的骿驗。雖然是在馬路邊，但這是一個寧靜的小鎮，所以環境好靜，反而樓宇內部隔音需要改善，在房間裡能聽到人們上落樓梯的聲音。以及浴室熱水並不足夠，如果是冬天應該不能淋浴。酒店提供的早餐十分精緻及好味，酒店整體十分滿意。”

“到達酒店前要上一段彎曲的斜路，兩旁種有大樹，像入了森林的感覺。但到達時天已全黑，好彩有明確標示，知道沒走錯路。屋主很友善，還告知看觀看鴨嘴獸的地點，結果真的看到，難忘的回憶。”
