“Had a great time. The Cavalier Cabin was perfect for traveling with another couple. There's bedroom and full bath upstairs and another bedroom and full bath downstairs which made for a nice division of space. Had great evenings on the upper deck and firepit down in the yard. “The cabin was immaculately clean. It was the perfect weekend getaway for our son’s 7th birthday. We were in the perfect location to hit the trails early and head back to the cabin for a relaxing night. We sat on the front porch and just admired the trees around us. There was a mom deer with her two babies who weren’t afraid of us at all and we would watch them wander around. ”

“Very nice. It was as explained and expected. Conveniently located for all possible attractions or even short trails right near the property. We did have a little trouble finding Uckor Rd, GPS has it further down the road leading to a closed off access type road, not accessible by vehicle. But we were ultimately able to find it with little trouble. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking up get away from hustle and bustle if life. It’s very quiet and serene. ”

“Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Cabin. It had a relaxing ambience and set up for comfort from the beds and furniture, the well equipped kitchen, ample towels and blankets, to the wrap around porch and the hot tub. It was meticulously clean! Even the wildlife seem to know this is a tranquil place-we viewed a baby deer about the grounds wait around for momma doe, which came to collect him towards dusk.
