「We arrived at night so it was a bit confusing because GPS takes you to the front and the apartment is in the back but we figured it out. The apartment is EXACTLY as pictured- modern, cute, clean, and just right for a couple. Had the necessary amenities to cook and live for several days. We weren't sure how close it was to the water but it is about a 4 minute walk to Craig Park where we saw tarpons and manatees! It is also about a 10 minute walk to the cute historic downtown with a coffee...

「We had a wonderful stay at this house. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We used both pull out couches for our kids which were also comfy. We used the grill, the pool, checked out the chicken. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of stuff. We had a fantastic stay. The owners were great communicators. I definitely recommend staying here. 」

「The house is located in a great area and is very uber friendly. Did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to get our Ubers from the house. Close to restaurants and Raymond James we basically did not have to leave the area to have a great weekend. The house was very clean, comfortable and open. Could not ask for a better place for a concert weekend. I will definitely be back!」

「Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. 「The house furniture is a little out dated. No tv in middle room. Couldn’t get tv to fully work in the living room. We came for a short visit. We did not spend much time there. Overall the place is clean, very nice, roomie, every amenities you can think of it had it, quiet & safe neighborhood. Would we stay again yes.」
