“DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived at 5:15 for the designated 5:00 check in time. The entire office was locked up. We called the phone number 5 times with no answer. Finally, someone came outside and told us that they had sent us info on how to access "after hours" keys. After hours? It was 5:15. The girl told us check in was only from 4-5, despite their own website saying 5. We walked up 3 steep floors to our room, no elevator. The whole stairway reeked of weed. There was a pile of mouse……

“Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything.
