"The property was exactly how it appeared in listing and was very clean. The apartment was cool when we arrived. We were very grateful for the AC after being in Paris where we had none. No elevator, so narrow steps may be difficult for some especially carrying luggage. We chalked it up to part of the adventure. "We love to be in that neighborhood, with so many history just right in front of us, amazing !! Grocery store very convenient at the side of the building, lots of the magnificent landmarks by walking around, we just loved it. "The apartment is well situated but a little noisy at night. The instructions to get to the apartment were not very clear. We had to ask around for help to find the place. Once we found the adress, the card provided to open the apartment door did not work. We had to ask again for help to call the owner to get a code for the door. "Silverfish. Misrepresented 'wine on the balcony' with 'view of square at sunset. Balcony unusable. Zero sun on 1st fl on wrong side of narrow street with two windows. No view of anything. Kitchen with all I need? Salt shaker had dead bug at bottom, no pepper, no paper towels, etc etc. Unik office hours a farse. Didn't trust furniture. What little food pkgs all unsealed. Cheap fake plants. Much more but I'm tired."

"Obviously the main selling point for this hotel is the location! The room was basic but functional. It could have done with more pillows. Some of the maintenance wasn't great - the door handle to the bathroom kept coming off. It could do with more plug sockets. Dinner and breakfast are very good - a large buffet with a good selection and surprisingly good food."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay, perfect location, hotel clean and staff friendly. The only criticism was that pool was heavily chlorinated, so much so it was cloudy, and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool Both myself and daughter have sensitive skin, so we decided not to risk swimming in it. The buffet food was cooked well, however not kept warm. Every meal we had wasn't very warm at all. The variety was good, themed nights were excellent. We thought it strange that we didn't have to pay for drinks at breakfast, but evening meal drinks are chargeable. We weren't made aware of this when we arrived. The drinks are very reasonably priced though, so it wasn't much of an issue. The WiFi was terrible. So much so, I've run out of data, which never happens back home. The walls are paper thin, so we had to use ear plugs to sleep. We loved the water coolers dotted around the hotel. The hotel is very eco friendly. Again, we enjoyed our stay, the downsides didn't detract from the holiday too much. We went to the beach instead of the pool, granted we had to pay for sun beds but you get a reduced price staying in the hotel. The food at the Bluumar beach bar was fantastic. We also had to pay for the safety deposit box in the room, which I've never had to do before. €6 per night."
