"The location was great, the apartment itself was decent, the kitchen was new, and the terrace had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, everything else was terrible, especially the host agency, Costa Dorada.
We had informed them in advance that we had a late flight and paid €80 for a late check-in, yet nobody came to greet us. Instead, they made us pay for a taxi and travel to their agency, which was 20 km away from the apartment. We were traveling with a small child, and they were fully aware of...

"Entering the flat was a bit disappointing. The flat is quite old, the furniture should be renewed completely. The washing machine is very small, the kitchen equipment is not the best.
Bedrooms: 2 rooms do not have air-conditioning. Matraces are old and dirty.
Internet: very weak since there is only a Wifi-Adapter via 4G connection which looses the connection or changes to 3G. So not really usable and more disappointing.
The only good thing to mention is the nice view on the sea.
