"Entering the flat was a bit disappointing. The flat is quite old, the furniture should be renewed completely. The washing machine is very small, the kitchen equipment is not the best. Bedrooms: 2 rooms do not have air-conditioning. Matraces are old and dirty. Internet: very weak since there is only a Wifi-Adapter via 4G connection which looses the connection or changes to 3G. "Overall we enjoyed our stay, perfect location, hotel clean and staff friendly. The only criticism was that pool was heavily chlorinated, so much so it was cloudy, and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool Both myself and daughter have sensitive skin, so we decided not to risk swimming in it. The buffet food was cooked well, however not kept warm. Every meal we had wasn't very warm at all. The variety was good, themed nights were excellent. We thought it strange that we didn't have to pay for drinks at breakfast, but evening meal drinks are chargeable. We weren't made aware of this when we arrived. The drinks are very reasonably priced though, so it wasn't much of an issue. The WiFi was terrible. So much so, I've run out of data, which never happens back home. The walls are paper thin, so we had to use ear plugs to sleep. We loved the water coolers dotted around the hotel. The hotel is very eco friendly. Again, we enjoyed our stay, the downsides didn't detract from the holiday too much. We went to the beach instead of the pool, granted we had to pay for sun beds but you get a reduced price staying in the hotel. The food at the Bluumar beach bar was fantastic. We also had to pay for the safety deposit box in the room, which I've never had to do before. €6 per night."

"Excellent location. A bit tricky to get to if arriving by train. Air conditioner like most European hotels a little lacking. Breakfast good but very crowded, requires a reservation time, yet still long lines."

"Definitely get the sea view room. Location is everything with this place. We went for the eclipse and as an older couple we enjoyed a relaxing day at the pool. It was not the kind of place we normally go. It is perfect for families and it was nice to see people having fun without screens. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Appreciated that they were on top of keeping the floors dry with everyone dripping water. The place is a bit dated but it had a charm to it. The pool is the main feature and it was kind of nice that they close it early so you can enjoy the peaceful sea views in the evening. Elevators were a complaint for some but we were on the 3rd floor and didnt mind walking down. The other issue is the parking but we totally lucked out getting there early to get a spot near the hotel. We just kept up on paying the meter every 4 hours until the evening when parking was free."
