“Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. “We loved the view, having so much space, all the extra blankets, and the really well stocked kitchen! The managers were super responsive and so helpful-- they helped us figure out how to work the stove and even offered to help walk our luggage from the reception center (great place to hang out until check-in) to the apartment.”
