“The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained. The house was easy enough to get to, although if you have accessibility issues, it would be difficult to access due to gravel path and steps 'up' into the house. “Great little 4-bedroom house in a quiet court. Spacious backyard for dog to run around. Woodfire heater, corner spa bath big enough for 2 people and plenty of towels. Little outside area with table tennis. Short stroll to the surf beach. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the hot water system maybe. "My parents have been staying at Leongatha Motel for years. While a basic facility it has always been of a very good standard, the new owners have only improved it further.
