"I’d like to give my highest respect to a staff called Ito-san in this hotel and hope the hotel would consider giving him a raise. I had a one-night stay and have forgotten my wallet, in which there was over JPY100K, in the room after checking out. Ito-san was super honest and returned the wallet to the reception. As Toyoko does not allow personal tip for me to show my sincere gratitude, I hope Toyoko would consider giving him / her a raise / bonus to encourage such a noble behaviour. Once again thank you very much for such a pleasant stay at Toyoko and I’d be happy to give my blessings both Ito san and Toyoko. Thank you!!!"

"It takes about 3-5 minutes walking from JR Matsue station, transportation wise I'd say it's quite convenient, just there were not many restaurants around the hotel, but it only takes around 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel to AEON Style Mall. The hotel and the room are well maintained, clean and tidy everywhere. Staff are nice, amenities a good. For those who don't wanna drag luggages for a long distance, this hotel is a good choice for you!"

"早餐跟夜間提供的宵夜都非常美味，飯店人員很貼心，我們訂的是一間三人房跟一間雙人房，空間很舒適。頂樓的泡湯空間真正讓人感到舒服，真的是值得推薦的好飯店。"
