「A good resort for a getway from the city crowd ..」

「Stunning property and amazing staff!」

「The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it...

「The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. 」

「This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. The balcony was nice and so was the view. No ac in this hotel, and no mosquito nets. There was a really old plug in fan in the room though and it didn’t really fit well with the rest of the room. 「This is NOT in Munnar town centre. The map is WRONG. It is actually 12km (35 mins) south of Munnar. Place is peaceful. It is 20 minutes walk from the nearest place to eat. It was freezing cold at night... as in wearing 5 layers of clothing cold. The smallest cabin would be v tight for 2 people. The walk up to the cabin from the carpark is crazy steep. Might be challenging for people with mobility issues」
