This spacious, modern home was given the name 'Bayview' due to the stunning views of the bay which can be enjoyed from the hot-tub, large sun-deck, all 4 bedrooms, both living areas and dining area.
Located just across the road from the pristine shores of Lake Taupo, Bayview is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the company of loved ones.
Soak in the hot-tub, or walk down the driveway and cross the street to dip your toes in the lake!
This newly renovated home can sleep up to 12 guests. Due to the bedding configuration - we allow no more than 10 adults per booking. There are 3 bathrooms including the private ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom.
You are only a couple of minutes walk to the 2 Mile Bay Cafe which is a fantastic spot right on the lake that serves drinks and delicious wood fired pizza!

Bedding configuration is – 3x Queen, 1x Single, 2x Sets of bunks (Single over Double, and Single over Single), 1x Single Floor mattress (the floor mattress, and top bunks are only suitable for children. For this reason we allow no more than 10 adults per booking). If you require bedding for the floor mattress, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Special conditions:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
This house is strictly not suitable for events or parties.
Only the number of guests on your reservation are permitted at the property. We charge per guest.
Please note: A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

We will be back

What an awesome property for our whanau weekend, 9 adults and 5 moko under the age of 11 and it worked. Ample space, amazing location, we were able to watch from the spa as some of us launched the boat. We managed to park 5 vehicles and the boat. The only suggestion we have to improve our next stay would be it might be time for a new bar-b-que

Great trip!

Awesome property with lots of good features. Amazing view over the lake and beautiful spa bath on the deck. Generally well provisioned for large groups. I suggest that the bunks are best suited for children rather than adults, but they did the job. We would stay again for sure

Taupo Traquility

What an awesome place to stay for a week, easy accommodation and great family area to chill out and enjoy the time away. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Accommodation was good, bathrooms good and kitchen was well stocked and flowed really well with the dinning area. Some pointers to make the stay even better: Shards of glass found on the inside carpet. Maybe previous tenants had a broken glass shatter on concrete floor. BBQ could have been cleaner. Maybe additional fan for upstairs room. Felt pads for dining room chairs. The above are items that would have given a full house of 5 stars.
