“The room was beautiful and quite large size and everything was new however there is no hook to hang your clothes as they lock the wardrobe. It has small heater and 1 thin duvet which is not enough to warm the room during winter. I have to move out after 1 hour check in as it’s very cold and don’t think I would able to sleep. On top of that the owner lives upstairs and you could literally hear lots of noise and sounds like someone dragging luggage backwards and forwards. And you could hear next……

“I absolutely loved staying here. The accommodation is very comfortable and quiet. I had a lovely restful break. The hosts have been very thoughtful with little things like providing a few store cupboard kitchen items and a bit of laundry powder for the washing machine. Communication was warm and efficient and helpful. It was chilly weather while I stayed, but the heat-pumps made the unit lovely and warm. I felt very welcome. If / when I visit Taupo I would book to stay here again! Thank……

“A cute little cabin, which was clean and well equipped for a short stay. It was noisy being next to the road, but we knew this and ear plugs were provided. Thebed having spring legs was great, they took out any shuddering from the passing trucks. The sauna was a nice little bonus too.”

“We enjoyed our stay. I did book thinking it had a dryer and washing machine as listed but once I had booked the information I received stated no laundry facilities. She did say she would correct it on the description. I see it’s a new property so maybe some tips for future guests, hand towels are a must in bathroom, we were drying our hand on little face cloths, hangers in wardrobe and a welcome book with wifi info would add nice little touches. ”
